Acro (Advanced Floorwork)

Acro is a class for intermediate to advanced floorwork-ers. With foundations in Floorwork, we are working beyond the general floor flow and into more difficult tricks and transitions. Heels or socks, kneepads, and shoulder coverage are highly recommended for this class. Pre-req: must have taken a minimum of 5 floorwork classes or its’ equivalent and be comfortable in a shoulder straddle, around the world, candlestick, and downward facing dog.


BarreCore

A 30 minute class, perfect for a lunch time workout. This class will target core muscles and place an emphasis on lower body toning using the barre as well. Athletic apparel recommended. No shoes required. All levels welcome. An online option is offered via our Zoom class list. You just need a sturdy chair or counter.

Beach Bum Barre

This 60 minute class specifically emphasizes exercises that will strengthen and shape your posterior. Using the ballet bar, light weights, resistance bands and mat work we will also incorporate core exercises and overall body conditioning & flexibility practices. All fitness levels welcome.  Fitness apparel recommended. No shoes required.

Bootylicious

Show off your best ass-sets with this booty-focused class. Get your cardio on while learning twerks, bounces, poses and combos that would make Sir Mix-a-Lot proud! Knee coverage such as kneepads or tall socks recommended. All fitness levels welcome. No prior dance experience required.

Core 'N More

A 60 minute class that kicks off with a 15 minute core-specific workout that turns into cardio bursts mixed with light weight training. Cardio bursts may include step and traditional floor aerobics performed in the H.I.I.T. style. Athletic apparel and tennis shoes required. All fitness levels welcome.

Floorwork

Get sexy and slinky with a combination of acrobatic floor tricks incorporated with sultry floor dance. This class starts with a dance-focused warm up to increase mobility and flexibility and moves into working on stringing a mixture of intermediate floorwork moves into a combo. Leg coverage, including kneepads, and either pole heels or socks highly recommended. Some previous dance or movement experience helpful, but not required.

Intro to Pole

Learn the foundations of pole dance and fitness in this 1 hour class. Perfect for brand new beginners, our instructor will lead you through a warm-up then move into two handed spins, floor to pole transitions, and how to safely climb the pole. Sleeveless tops and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class. All fitness levels welcome. No prior aerial, gymnastics, or dance experience required. 

Level 1 Pole

A 60 minute pole class for anyone with a minimum of two Intro to Pole classes. Your instructor will lead you through a warm-up then move into two handed spins, floor to pole transitions, and how to safely climb the pole. Learn laybacks, sirs & upmounts to progress to level 2. Sleeveless tops and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class.

Level 2 Pole

This 60 min pole dance class is for students who have mastered the basics in Intro to Pole or Level 1. An understanding and execution of two handed spins, climbs, fan kicks, body waves, sits, and cross knee releases are required. Your instructor will lead you through a warm-up and conditioning to move into complex spins, combinations, and inverted aerial tricks. Sports bra and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class. Students must receive instructor permission before attending this class.

Level 3 Pole

This 60 minute pole dance class is for students who have mastered Level 2 Pole. An understanding and execution of two handed spins, climbs, side climbs, inverting from the floor, all laybacks, leg hangs, inside and outside leg switches, and butterflies are required. Some experience with single arm spins and shoulder dismounting recommended. Class will be lead through a warm-up and conditioning to move into advanced spins, combinations, and inverted aerial tricks and combos including aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, and ayesha basics. Sports bras and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class. Students must receive instructor permission before attending this class.

Level 4 Pole

This 60 minute pole dance class is for students who have mastered Level 3 Pole. An understanding and execution of 1 handed spins, all climbs, aerial inverting, aerial shoulder mounting, lbow and forearm grip ayeshas are required. Some experience with split and cup grip ayeshas recommended. Class will be lead through a warm-up and conditioning to move into advanced spins and combinations. Sports bras and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class. Students must receive instructor permission before attending this class.

Mixed Levels Pole

Mixed Levels is a 60 min mixed levels class for students of Level 1 or higher. The class will start with a warm-up that prepares students for that classes tricks, which vary depending on experience level of the class. Sleeveless tops and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class.

Pole Bootcamp (Level 1+)

A 60 minute class that includes an active warm-up before moving on to pole conditioning exercises on and off of the pole. A minimum of 4 pole basic classes is recommended prior to taking this class. Sleeveless tops and shorts recommended. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class.

Polga Chisel

A 45 minute class where our Yoga Chisel class meets with the pole. Conditioning and flexibility exercises covered on the mat and with the pole. Layers of clothing recommended with most minimal layer being a sports bra and shorts so your skin is able to grip the pole. All fitness levels welcome. No pole experience required. Please avoid the use of lotions, oils,  or spray tan products for 12 hrs before coming to class.

Stretch ‘N Flex

 If you are looking for a more intense flexibility and conditioning training, this is the class for you! This class aims to increase active flexibility and conditioning for more extreme mobility. Athletic apparel recommended, but layers are helpful. All fitness levels welcome.

Stretch ‘N Reset

Described by students as their weekly reset button, Stretch ‘N Reset is a combination of yoga flow, breathing, rolling, and holding stretches to realign the body from the everyday and workouts. In this class, you’ll learn various poses and posture to increase your mobility and comfort. Starting with a warm-up, we will gradually move into the days flow and with deeper postures, and then end with rolling and poses to help reset the body. All fitness levels welcome.

Yoga Chisel


A 60 minute athletic yoga class, utilizing beginner poses for overall body-toning. Starting with a fast-paced flow series, the body warms up before moving into strength & flexibility training. This class incorporates the use of light hand weights and resistance bands for an added challenge. See improved triceps, core, glutes & quads. This class is a fantastic workout on its own or a great supplement to any fitness regimen. Fitted athletic wear recommended. No prior yoga experience required.
