Rebelle Fitness is a boutique group fitness studio offering a variety of small group fitness classes, personal training and private parties. We have two class rooms and a third room for a stretch and muscle recovery space between classes. One classroom offers cardio, dance, flexibility and yoga classes, and the other is dedicated to pole dance fitness. At Rebelle Fitness we welcome you into a safe space that promotes happiness, healthiness, and the concept of loving yourself. Step outside of a standard gym, to join us on a different kind of fitness adventure and to feel beautiful and strong!

What’s in a name…

“Rebelle” pulls from the meanings of both “rebel” and “belle”. A rebel is someone that rises in opposition and resists convention while “belle” is French for “beauty”. The combination of the two words encourages our students to feel both badass and beautiful. We chose this name because we believe it embodies our belief that each individual has a unique, rebelle ready to be released.

Who can take classes?

We would love to give a blanket answer saying “You can take classes”, but we do have a few things to consider. Our studio is for persons aged 16 or greater. Anyone under 18 needs parental consent. We welcome all fitness levels (and just in case it needs to be said - we also welcome folks regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation). We do ask that if you are pregnant or have any accessibility requirements that you reach out to us via our contact section to discuss what options might work for you.

Do I need fitness experience for the regular classes or the pole classes?

Nope. Our class description page offers some more insight on this topic and what to expect for each class. We all start somewhere, and if you’re first class with Rebelle Fitness is your fitness start that’s cool with us.

Do I need to bring anything special to wear or to have with me?

Our class description page gives info on appropriate apparel for each class. We do ask that your workout shoes are not the same as your street shoes. We like to keep the floors clean and your bodies safe from any outside elements. We provide yoga mats and props, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We also encourage bringing water to all classes.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for a pole class?

Avoid  lotions, oils, self-tanners and spray tan applications prior to pole class. There should always be a shower between any of those applications and a pole class. We also require that you remove any metal rings or bracelets prior to pole to prevent damage to the poles and scratches to you.

Can I take class if I get there late?

For safety reasons we ask that you arrive on time. Missing more than the first five minutes is not safe and will not be permitted. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to class.

Can I take pictures or videos in the studio?

Yes, but please be courteous and respectful of your classmates. Avoid including anyone that’s not you unless you have their permission.

Does the studio allow guests to watch or audit classes?

We do not allow anyone in our classrooms unless they are taking the class. Occasionally we may ask that members allow a photographer or videographer into the space, but this would be rare and with your consent to have them present and to include you.

Does the studio have a locker room or showers?

We offer storage cubbies, a changing area and a restroom but no lockers or showers.

Is there childcare available?

We do not offer childcare at the moment. We hope you’ll still be able to find some class times that work for you or that you’ll consider personal training/private lessons.

Does the studio have parking?

Yes. We have two easily accessible lots: one that’s central to Clock Tower Plaza and one behind the building.
